Are you an experienced sales person who is hungry to make as much money as possible?

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC salesperson to join our team! HVAC experience is preferred but will train the right person as you will not need to know too much about HVAC. You will market and sell commercial HVAC systems, service plans, and products to current and potential customers within our territory. (TRIANGLE AREA)

We are looking for a Hunter, we are looking for a person that knows how to make things happen and thrives off results! We provide on-going support within a family-like atmosphere and an experienced staff that will provide you with all the proper training and support you’ll need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cold calls daily selling commercial maintenance plans to businesses in our operating area and provide new system quotes upon request.
  • Lead and grow assigned territory and business through existing and new accounts by identifying potential customers and building solid long-term relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals, and gross margin set by management.
  • Routinely call on and support our commercial customers, ensuring their needs are continuously being met.
  • Follow-up with contacts made to maintain a presence within these companies and close any potential new customers when the opportunity presents itself.
  • Run residential new estimate leads upon request.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Hunter mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Team oriented and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

This is a commission only position, compensation will be substantial for the right individual.
